What blends well — and what to check first

Soft ingredients with liquid are what a single-serve blender is built for. Anything hard, dry or hot belongs to a different machine — check the manual before you try it.

How long does a charge last, and how long does charging take?
The runtime and charge time for your unit are stated in the instructions supplied with it. We don't publish battery figures we can't verify for this exact model, so check that documentation or email us and we'll confirm what it says.
Is a cable included?
The box contents are listed in the documentation supplied with the order. Email trovixa2025@gmail.com before you buy and we'll confirm exactly what ships with it.
Can it blend ice or frozen fruit?
Follow the ingredient guidance supplied with your blender. Where it doesn't cover an ingredient, ask us rather than assuming — this is a single-serve travel blender, not a countertop machine.
What shouldn't go in it?
Hard items like nuts, whole raw carrot or beetroot, thick nut butters on their own, hot liquids, and dry blending with no liquid. Don't fill past the line or run the motor continuously.
How do I clean it, and is it dishwasher safe?
Rinse it straight after use, following the cleaning method in the supplied instructions. Dishwasher suitability is only what those instructions state — if they don't say it's dishwasher safe, wash it by hand and keep the base and charging port out of water.
Why is it leaking?
Almost always the blade base isn't seated evenly. Empty it, check the rim is clean, and twist the base on until it sits flush all the way round. If it still leaks, contact us.
Can I take it on a plane?
Airline rules on devices with built-in batteries vary, and they change. Check with your airline before you fly — we can't answer for their policy.
Can I get replacement parts?
